Model number 0613, at least that's what the thing has on the back of it.
I got it from a friend, and he didn't have the driver, I've downloaded just about all those drivers from the homepage, and still no luck, even tried the universal driver, no idea why that didn't work, so if you know where i can find the driver, send me an e-mail to humphrie@bayou.com.
