Need Win '98 Drivers/Inf/Wave files for 'USR Video Modem' product ID: 00162200

Can't seem to find drivers for USR voice/faxmodem that Win'98 refers to as USR Video Modem. I've tried to find it thru 3Com/US Robotics, but the Product I. D. Code: 00162200, is not listed.

Any help in obtaining necessary drivers will be much appreciated.
