I too need these drivers. The 3Com site doesn't seem to have them available or else they are labeled something else.

It is under oem files. Listed as 2974. Win 95/98 and also NT files are there. I can't find them on 3com's site. I will see about uploading them on this site. If you can't FTP.

This modem has cost me a lot of time. No driver found yet. This forum seem like the best bet.
