I inherited an internal USR modem from my dad. He says it works, but he can't remember the model #, nor does he still have the manual. Win95B can't ID it, and without a model#, I don't know which drivers it's going to need. I am hoping that someone can help me identify it.
It's a plug-n-play ISA modem card, and it has jacks on the back for a microphone and speaker. It also says copyright 1996.
The FCC ID# is CJE-0374C. I looked up the FCC ID#, but the search engine failed to turn up anything.
The FCC Reg.# is CJEUSA-65828-FA-E.
There is a barcoded sticker across the backside of the modem card. It says:
12651-72B-1950
DP/N 00095217 Rev. A00
On the frontside of the modem card, across the sides of the jacks where the phone line plugs in, there is another barcoded sticker, which says:
215G22A7Q7CS 83117101 R:2
Can you help me identify this modem?? I would be *SO* grateful for any help you could give.
Thank you very much in advance.
