Ditto. Consumer relations doesn't seem to be on 3coms list of priotities. Their "black hole" of a web site is evidence.

Their don't seem to be any OEM drivers here at all. The navigation at this site is dreadful, i'm always on the wrong page.

Think that's bad? Try giving them a call!
Not only are they rude on the phone, you have to call long distance to Utah to get a hold of them! I'm telling everyone I know to avoid USR products like the plague.
