I have the same problem with the same modem.

If you have now got updated firmware or driver for the ME201A I would be gratful if you would either e-mail them to me at Michael@HolmeManor,co,uk or let me know where I can get them

I don't know if they are the same but drivers for ME201 are in the download page of Protac. http://protac.com.tw
