I'm looking for them too, I tried the ambient page (now in Intel), Cirrus, Protac.com.tw, chaintech-excel.com and none of them have drivers for Me320 under Win2k.
Why the hell do they put in their boxes "work with Windows 2000"????.
I'm getting really upset, please if anyone knows where to find the drivers post here! :-)

First do you guys mean the 3020 or is there really a 320? And secondly, what country are you guys in. I am in Australia and our communications crap is different over here so my stuff is no good to you. I fell sorry for you because I know you'll get next to **** all help from this company. I have the 3020 and have been able to get the win2000 drivers for my Aust modem from the page linked from windrivers.com under the WebExcel section. STress though the Aust ones wont work anywhere else

huh i can't understand why everyone who get that driver doesn't send over mail everyone who can download, like me!
please who have that driver for win2000 usb v90 ! that driver send me into mail
