My computer no longer can find my CD-ROM

Any help is appreciated
My laptop says: "No bootable floppy Drive 0 installed" and abandons the set up process..

How do I re introduce my CD-ROM drive to my laptop??

I'm having the same problem with my 3.5 inch floppy

My CD would spin but not communicate with my system

Now with my monkeying it dosent spin when diks are put in...

I am having the same problem with my Atapi CD-ROM drive. My computer weill no longer recongize it and it will spin but not recieve any information. If you know how to fix it please reply to me at InterNate88@aol.com and if you still do not know how to remmedy it get in touch with me anyways and maybe together we could think of something.

Go into Device Manager and delete your CD-ROM drive (and floppy drive if you're having a problem with it, too). Then restart Windows and allow it to re-initialize those drivers. That should fix your problem... http://forums.windrivers.com//cgi-bin/forum2/biggrin.gif
