I've been trying to find an xp pro driver for my 1212p scanner...no luck!! but I do believe I've found the one you're looking for , follow this link: http://www.agfa.com/digicam_scanner_drivers/scanner/snapscan_1212p_with/

That same link that you referenced says This type of scanner does not work under XP. Agfa will not make XP drivers in the future either... Bummer... :(
Sometimes, you can get Win2K drivers that will work for you in WinXP also. But since Agfa specifically says that it will not work in WinXP, I would tend to take them at their word.
