When I try to turn my TV WONDER VE TV player on, it is giving me the following error: "TV Player could be initialized. Please check your driver and make sure that any other video or dvd playing devices are turned off."
I also have Matrox Millenium II AGP and Voodoo Blaster II on my system. I am using ATI's latest driver for Win 2000 - 7.1.

Is this a compatibility problem with my 2d or 3d card?
Does somebody know a work around?
If i do need to buy an ATI 2d graphic adapter, which one do you think is going to work fine with this TV card?

Thanks.

ATI has special purpose drivers located here (http://www.ati.com/na/pages/spdrivers/index.html?parent=0&folder=70&doc=55)
they might fix the problem

Check which card you are using as your primary graphics card. It is possible that the ATI tv card is seeing more than one graphics card on your motherboard. I suggest that you check if this is so, Otherwise you may have to decide which bit of the graphics cards you want to maintain and then disable the appropriate graphics card you wish to disable.

Recheck if you are able to use more than one graphics card at the same time.

Check what resources you have available for your tv card and allocate them accordingly.

You're not the only one having problems, rberkun. From what I've seen, ATI's Win2000 drivers either work w/o a snag, or they don't work at all. Depends on who you ask. Mine insists on installing as the PAL version, even though my card is NTSC and works great under Win98.

I guess I can't complain since it says it's not Win2k compatible right on the box. From what I've been told, ATI is going to release a supported version of the drivers soon.

On a good note, even though Microsoft's new WindowsXP is pretty similar to Win2k, my TV card works much better under that OS. It still has some glitches, but the OS is beta.

Yeah, I'm having problems to, my ATI All In Wonder 128 Pro will not initalize video with Windows 2000. I've tried bunches of different drivers, taking out all the other cards in my system (Modem and Network), fiddling with Motherboard settings, etc.
First Itnernational FIC AZ11 Motherboard.

Heck, even the 7.1 version of their multimedia center shows 7.0 in the about box. Geez.
