presario 1277 Win2K -no luck with PCMCIA

Hi there -

I recently upgraded my laptop to Win 2000. I cant seem to get the PCMCIA card to fucntion. The device works fine, and the PCMCIA card is accepted - but it does not install any drivers.........any siggestions?

how can i check if the slot is working fine?

I suppose that it is possible that this model is just not compatible with Win2K...I know that isn't what you're wanting to hear tho.
