I need the defaultpassword for a Compaq Presario 1400 (14XL250) Notebook. Today I opened the Bios vai pressing F10 and now i must input the password.
I don't believe there is a defautl password for the BIOS. If someone installed a password, about the only thing I can suggest would be to remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard to clear the BIOS, passwords, etc.
