I am having difficulties with continued operation of the card.
I have successfully installed the card and drivers and when I use my external hard drive it is recognized. Bottom line it works.
However when I reboot I get a blue screen of death saying I have a conflict.
I then remove the card and start windows XP at the last good boot and my system returns to normal.
I install the card again and the system boots. Remember the drivers are not installed. The wizard then installs the drivers and everything works.
Upon re-booting the blue screen returns.
I have check with Microsoft and Belkin and my drivers appear to be okay.
In my BIOS twoof the three new NEC drivers show up under IRQ 11 and 12 which match the Intel USB 1 IRQs. The third NEC driver is allotted IRQ 3 which it shares with a 3 Comm device.
Any suggestions most welcome
Thanks

This is your problem right here. You need to move slots. Check in your motherboard manual for the slot that does not share with anything else, or does not share video, modem or network.
