AIW 128 16MB PCI TV w/quake II

I have been having a problem w/ AIW 128 and Quake II OpenGL vs. LAN, causing glitching video and large ping times after game play of more than 15-30min. I gutted my old system and transfered only the Video CCA, Harddrive and NIC. I tried others NIC's and did a clean install of Windows ME. I have the lastest video drivers (6292), but the problem still occurs in Quake II. The AIW 128 is in PCI slot one? My other system is identical, but has a ATI Rage 128 AGP GL and runs flawlessly.
