As I'm sure you already know the 82c931 is pretty old. (You title called for the 82c933..of course, it is old too.)

From Opti Technologies website. (http://www.opti-inc.com/html/drivers.html)
OPTi Technologies sold its audio chipset business in 1997. Please keep in mind that even prior to 1997, OPTi Technologies never made sound cards. We previously sold chips for these cards to other companies, who are responsible for providing and updating drivers. OPTi Technologies does not offer any audio drivers. If you need technical support or drivers, you will need to contact the company that made your sound card.

Who makes my sound card? (http://www.opti-inc.com/my_html/part_mm.html)

It looks like the 82c933 is made by Ectiva who has gone out of business.

Having said all of that, WinDrivers Archives (http://premium.windrivers.com/identity/SOUND/company/opti.htm) has 82c931 drivers for DOS, Win3.1/95/NT. It also has 82c933 drivers for Win9X/NT. Of course, nothing for Win2000 or XP.

If you are not already a Premium Member, you will be prompted to register for a day or for a whole year.

Hope this helps you out somewhat...Good Luck!
