You do not need a driver for this. pci usb cards do not need drivers (http://www.usbman.com/Guides/Upgrade%20Card%20Manufacturers.htm#List) usb does not work in windows 95 properly, and the first two version will not work at all.
The devices attached to them might - depending on what windows you have.
