DESPERATED SOUL IN NEED OF HELP

i just bought a ATI RADEON 32MB sdram PCI Vercion Video acelerato. afte installin the vidoe card and the drivers i restarted the computer. windows was loading perfectly until it got to the screen where windows asks for the WINDOWS P***WORD, my computer froze. i tried restarting it many times but the same thing hapened. i started the computer in sfe mode, i tried to find out what was going on but i did't find anithing wrong with my system. i lowered the VIDEO ACELERATION SETINGS TO BASIC ACELERATION FUNCTIONS(WHICH REALLY SUCKS BECUASE I CAN"T DO **** WITH THIS sETINGS LOWEREDTO BASIC). i restarted and whala windows loaded completely. but it didn't end there, the computer started freazing all the time i wold try to run aplications like Internet explorer. i don't know wuz up wiht this thing i went to the ATI tech suport FAQ, there if found some options on how to fix this but none worked. i'm very confused i don't know what to do i really wnat to get this baby going. Below i included some of my sistem information so if any body that knows about this crap can spend some time analizing it and tell me if there is some thig that is now compatible.
