STILL NOT WORKING PLZ HELP MEE!!!!!!

yo man SOWULO i installed the patch but nothing hapened i'm still having problems. the same thig hapens i turn on my comp and it stops responding when it gets to the screen where windows asks for the pass word. all i see is a dark screen and the mouse cursonr. i can move the cursor around but thongig hapens the computer just hangs. somebody plz help help help help!!!!!
