ATI Card freezes up when playing games..

My ATI Card freezes my PC when I play games or change the Resolution. It's done this since I got it.
Its an ATI Rage with 32MB of RAM.
Anyone know the fix? I updated the drivers, reinstalled windows a few times, updated Bios, and everything else, Anyone have any input?
This is killing me, I want to play games. =]

What make motherboard do you have? Model? Rev?

Processor? Speed?

Type of memory? PC66? PC100? PC133? etc....

Sound Card? Make? Model?

Which O/S are you using? Win95? 98? etc....

Must have info before anything will be said!!
