Als 120 Full Duplex ????

I download hottelephone and tried to make phone calls over the web. I can reach anybody but they can't hear me, on my side I can hear them. Of course I checked my microphone and it works. I have win 98 and cable modem.
What can I do ? Is this card really full duplex ? Is there an update (It was installed late 98) ? Any solution ???
