MB-8500TVX-A Rev. 2.1 and AMD K6-2/233MHz?

I think it is possible to use an AMD K6-2/233Mhz CPU on the biostar MB-8500TVX-A Rev. 2.1 MB with the right Bios upgrade.
Has anyone run into the Problem of CPU "freeze-up" after POST?
