HELP!! sound card Driver not found!!

[Splat!!]

I have a soundcard with IDE controller and a modem (not sure what type or speed)
The following info is on the card....

FCC ID : eud5u9bri4545
FCC NO : eudusa-21494-mm-e

Chipset = CRYSTAL cs4231a-kl
(ckarye9520)

This is apparently a combo-card and I need to find a driver so I can utilize the IDE controller.
I've checked the BOCA RESEARCH website and found a few things, however I haven't found anything that accurately descibes this piece of hardware..

need them. (a friends got the ones that came with his system and the card has the same #'s)
