I have The presario 2286 System
I Reformatted the whole hd & installed a new version of Win98se & cannot get the modem drivers for it Compaq Site don't have it. I called & said i neeed a recovery cd but dont want to install the old crap version of win98. Can Anyone assist to giving me a driver for this modem? It says rockwell on the chipset part number of modem is s8124 a white sticker on it.
