I have a Cpmpaq 1220 laptop. I have installed Win98, and have the video & sound drivers working.
If anyone knows where I can get a modem driver for Win98, please let me know. I have tried Win98 standard 33.6, k56flex, and x2 and none work. Compaq has one on their website, but that is an update only.

I need the video and sound drivers could you let me know where you got them? I found the modem drivers at WinDrivers.com under the lucent v.90 modems. Try this it worked for me

I take it you're talking to me. The man wanted drivers...I gave him many to choose from.
Oh, and BTW, modem drivers for the 1220 Laptoop are located here...from Compaq:

It says it is for Win95...but should also work with Win98.
