How can i disable this password?
I tried to enter CMOS but I can't.
Also I tried to clear cmos taking out the battery.

Remove the chassis covers. Look for a jumper labeled CPW...as in Clear PassWord. Set the jumper across both contacts...leave it in place for at least 60 seconds. Put jumper back covering up only a single contact. Replace cover, power up...you should be good to go.
Or, you should be able to remove your CMOS battery as you said above...just leave it out for at least 60 seconds.
