I believe that the drivers for the lexmark Z11 inkjet are compatible, but don't quote me on that!

Do you mean the Z11 drivers are compatible withe the IJ300 in win2k? If so, do you know any that work with the ij200 in win2k? Thanks.

That i don't know. you might want to check the lexmark website ( www.lexmark.com (http://www.lexmark.com) ) to see if they do Win2K drivers.

If you are like myself, I deleted all the crap that Compaq loads on the small 4.3 Gig drive, added a real storage drive, and upgraded to Win2000. Much to my dismay my printer did not work, and calling Comapaq does not help at all the just basically said to go out and buy a new printer.... so here is the solution to your quest for a driver on the IJ300 series machine. It's a long URL but just cut and paste.
