***modem driver 56k ***

i need help find a modem driver for 56k from
compaq chipset is conexant
RH56D-PCI
R6795-18
B79682-6
9917
compacq # s9064
that all info i got from this modem if any body know from what site i can load the driver for this modem , infact i look lot of sites but no luck i will be very greatfull to you guys help me with this matter
