Go here (http://www.cpx.com/tech_support.html), select "Firmwares, Drivers, FAQ and Documentations", then "Drivers - 100Mbps LAN Adapter", then select your driver file "RE100TX-PCI"... http://forums.windrivers.com//cgi-bin/forum2/biggrin.gif
