What exactly is a CT4750?

I've got this Creative Labs sound card that we just can't quite identify. It's not a CT4700. It's a CT4750 and nobody seems to have ever heard of this model before. Does anybody out there know what this thing is?

The problem with this card is it is oem only so creative don't like us OEM buyers, well I beat you creative.
