BE6-II and Gforce 256 problems...

I had my mobo running an old I740 video card without any problems but I just bought the Erazor X (SDRAM) and I have experienced many crashes and lock-ups. I have tried many drivers (and updates) and even reinstallled Windows again but no avial. Besides there are flashing and lighting effects when it runs normal (for a few minutes). Anyone knows about Erazor X and this mobo problems or would be my graphics card that sucks????

I have also Abit BH6-II and 3D Prophet Maxi Gamer 32 Mb VGA card (Geforce 256). In game of Need for Speed 5, many times freeze my PC. I try another driver and find, that only 3.X drivers is correct. Above 5.X the program freeze. What is that? I can't install in the future another Detonator drivers?
