Dxr 2 Drivers for NT5

I'm having trouble getting my Dxr 2 decoder board to work in NT5.. now Creative claims that the 98 SE drivers will work but it doesn't install the drivers for the multimedia video controller andw hen I try to update or reinstall the drivers nothing happens.

if anyone can help me out here I would be very greatful.
