Win2000 and Sb16 ISA cdrom Combo

hey all, i am running Win2k Pro and have the old Sb16 ISA sound card that came bundled with the 2x cdrom, and i'm assuming its a driver problem, but the sound tends to be real choppy or just jumps arround erratically all together, and is not specific to a single format it does it on all (wav, midi, mp3) including the startup wav. i have the same problem and still unable to find the driver works for it.
