Proprietary sound card

I have an old IPC 486 using a sound card with Crystal chip #'s cs4201a & cs4121-cq.It runs an old 2x Panasonic CD. The card has Sony, Mitsumi and Panasonic pins.I would like the sound and CDROM drivers.I believe "proprietary" is the key word here.
