The CS4280 is listed along with the CS4614 and/or the CS4630.

Once again, did you try the link above?

It has drivers listed for Win95/98, Win98SE, Win2000 and WinME. If you are using WinXP, sometimes you can use the drivers for Win2000 in XP but no guarantees there.
