CX4237B-XQ3 CHIPSET DRIVER W/ SETUP ?????

Found on earlier pages needed drivers, but after downloading was unable to USE because they had no setup with them. I AM COMPUTER IDIOT but trying to get my sound going on computer for a non-profit organization.
I anyone can help me aviad expense I'd appreciate.

If the driver package doesn't come with a setup.exe it should come at least with an xyz.inf file.
In order to install the driver you can
use the multimedia applet in control panel. Go to the devices tab in the applet, delete old devices under audio, video, line-in, mixer nodes, Choose Add..., other driver, locate the inf file, voila.
Sometimes there are additional programs like special mixers etc. these often can be uninstalled via add/remove software applet in control panel. But you have to know about them.
