what is the model # of my crystal sound card?

My speakers are not working. I want to reload the driver for my crystal sound card, since there is a problem with that.

How do I find out the model # of the sound card on my system so that I can find out the correct driver for it?

It should say on your chipset. Open up your computer and look on the soundcard. I've got a packard bell, so it's somewhere on the motherboard. Look for a CS number example (CS4237-B) that number is your model or chipset which you can use to find the driver.
