Hey,
I have an Acer Aspire model 1830 (I just got it last year, and its already been taken off Acer's technical support site), its got an ATI RageII+ video card with only 1MB of video memory, and its terrible. I just bought an Intergraph Intense3D, and I cant get my RageII+ to disable. I called Acer and they claim there's no jumper to switch and no way to disable it in the BIOS (Acer's BIOS utility SUX!!!), the RageII+ is supposed to detect when another video card is present and disable itself. I dont think so. My new card wont work at all until I disable the onboard video card. I dont even get video in DOS when I boot my computer up. Nothing happens with it. What do I do?????
