Visioneer 7300 Reinstall Problem
My dad's computer crashed. We purchased a new Dell with Windows XP (same OS as last computer). The new computer refuses to see the new hardware. I installed paperport and have tried the scanner in three different USB ports..same problem...is this a driver problem?????

Have you tried Visioneer's website for your model?
http://support.visioneer.com/products/7300/default.asp Click on Drivers & Manuals. It lists specific directions on Reinstalling, Uninstalling, etc. Also, latest drivers are posted. Also, notice the link for Bundled Software. Different versions of PaperPort are available here: http://support.visioneer.com/product...rt/default.asp Good Luck!
