Post GigaByte 5AA Shutdown Errors

I work in a computer shop for the Air Force and we have had a number of the Gigabyte 5AA boards that give a blue screen upon shutdown or restart. We are attempting to use a number of the boards for upgrade purposes but have had the problem on at least 10 of them. We have looked for bios updates, etc to no avail. Have swapped AGP video for PCI with the same results. Any hints, clues?
