GA-8TX and Win 2000

I have problem running utilities supplied with GA-8TX motherboard. I try to run that utilities under win2k professional edition, but everything what I get is message "hDevice=ffffffff" or "This program do not support this chipset (0x00000000)"
I try to run "@BIOS writer ver. 1.06b", Gigabyte SIV ver. 1.54f", "LDCM V6.00.5.G02", "Mainboard DMI Viewer Ver 0.1"

Is it possible to run these programs under win2000?
