Possible Giga byte mother board.

I've got a mother board with just TX pro II marked on it. It has built in sound and graphics cards. Is it a Giga Byte Board?

Can you give a little bit more info. on the board itself. What kind of markings? I know that PCCHIPS and Matsonic have boards like that.
