GA-7ZX-1 looses cmos settings

I have a new GA-7ZX-1 board that looses the cmos setting almost always after the machine has been off overnight. I have changed the battery but that did not help. I also loose the hard drive even though its on auto detect.

Did you try the latest Bios update?
