Post FIRMWARE UPDATE

Dear Sir ,
i Have GigaByte Mother Board 440BX AGP GA6BA and i downloaded the latest version of Bios
that was shown on ur web site ... however i have followed what was written on your on ur site regarding the installation
and all but when i boot the pc from the floppy drive to the DOS mode and start ur ( LATEST VERSION OF FLASH BIOS V.12 ) and enter the correct name of the bios file i have a msg says ( Insufficient Memory ) i tried this many times over and over and have the same msg l i need ur help 2 tell me what shall i do exactly in terms of upgrading my gigbyte bios coz this is really running on my nerves since i followed all ur instructions step by step

PS : the flash prog is Ver. 7.12 and Bios file is 6ba.27

In your post you say that you are "booting from the floppy to DOS MODE". Does this mean that you are booting W9x in dos mode? Try creating a boot floppy with DOS not Windows. Remember NO autoexec.bat or config.sys files.
