Exclamation PCM100 Card does not work with my new Hub

I have a PCM100 Ethernet card that does not work with my 10/100 Mbs hub. I have used that card in the past with a 10Mbs hub that i used to own. I have installed the PCM100 and the PCM100V2 drivers and neither of them seem to work with my hub. The other computers on my network work fine with the new hub however the PCM100 does not. I have a Netgear 8-port 10/100 Mbs hub model DS108. I am wondering if you guys had newer drivers or tricks i could do to make my card work??

Does the NIC show as working "properly" in Device Manager? Have you checked the cable? Try switching the NIC's settings to half-duplex mode (if in full duplex mode), or the other way around. Just some ideas worth checking...
