I have obtained a few surplus PD drives manufactured by Matsu****a. I am trying to locate the drivers for them. Can anyone help. The model number is LF-1195C and they originally were installed in Compaq Deskpros (unsure of the model number). They were manufactured in Feb 1997.

I have a LF-1194 I'm looking for an NT driver for. Are these similar drives? Do yours have a SCSI interface? I think I say a note about these drives that refered a person to compaq's driver site. Maybe do a search on www.driverguide.com
I've have no luck with my 1194 so far, but have seen info on your's, just don't know the difference. and I believe what I saw was for Win95, no NT. |

I have a Matsu****a LF-1195C PD drive too (IDE). Drivers can be obtained from the Compaq Support Homepage - http://www.compaq.com/support/files/index.html. You have to look for drivers for the Deskpro 6000, which was equiped with this PD drive.
My LF-1195C drive works fine the first moment, but after writing a few Mb of data to the PD, it becomes very, very slow. I tried several different PD-disks, so this is not the reason. I also tried the MS-DOS driver and the Windows 95 driver and it occurs in both configurations. Does anybody have an idea how to fix?
