Post CR 526-B cdrom driver

Help, I need the cdrom driver for a CR 526-B. I know that I've gotten it from Panasonic before but it is no longer listed. If anyone has any idea where I can get it please tell me! I notice that most of these posts aren't answered so I'm probably just out of luck.

Also, does anyone have any idea why installing a new sound card (running the setup) would make my cdrom stop working?

Thanks!

You can find the drivers for Dos, Win 3x,9x and NT at this site -WinDrivers.com. Go to drivers and select CD-ROMs, then choose the Manufacturer and your model.
Could anyone please tell me the jumper/s setting for this CD-rom CR 562-B?
