driver not present

"this device is not present, not working properly or does not have the drivers installed." - that's the message I get in my
MKEPanasonic CDRom drive properties in device manager. What do I do?

I am getting the same message everytime after I restart windows
What type of board are you using
Mine is a MediaVision
