wave device for sm56 pci

When i install the modem, the driver loads just fine. But when it reloads, it wants the wave device driver for the modem and i cant seem to find it. Where can i find it?

The wave device driver is located on your sound card driver disk. this device enables you to use your modem for a speaker phone and such.
