OPTi OP931M-3DS

I have an Opti sound card, when I turn on my computer and try to play a sound it won't work unless I go to device Manager and delete the sound controllers and redow them. Then when I turn the computer off and sart up I have to do the same thing. It says it has an error on one of the I/O ranges for OFF4-OFF7. What do I need to do? Is there a jumper setting on the card I need to change.
