how to identify my card?
it stands 8013ewc a 4991 at a blanket!
it is very old its from 91
and i needs som drivers for windows me

You'll never find drivers for it for anything other than DOS. Windows ME was developed 9 years after that card was. 9 years in the computer industry is like a century compared to anything else.

You should pick up a new inexpensive NIC instead. If you still need the coaxial connection, you might look for a used 3com card on www.ebay.com .....
